Strategy is only useful if it helps you move.

Good ideas aren’t the hard part.

The hard part is figuring out what’s worth pursuing, getting people aligned around it, and turning it into something real.

I help organizations shape ideas, pressure-test opportunities, and move from early thinking to practical execution. Maybe that means clarifying the vision. Maybe it means gathering the right input. Or it could mean building the roadmap and decision-making framework that gets you where you’re trying to go.

Vision Refinement

When the opportunity is promising but still fuzzy, I help define what the offer actually is, who it’s for, and why it matters. The goal is to turn broad ambition into a clear strategic direction with a sharp point of view.

Research

I talk to customers, decision-makers, and subject matter experts to understand what’s working, where there’s friction, and what assumptions need to be challenged. I review existing data to make sure prioritization and decision-making are grounded in evidence, not stakeholder preferences.

Internal Alignment

Good ideas stall when the blueprint for cross-functional collaboration is unclear. I help teams create a shared understanding of the opportunity, the priorities, and the story behind the work to gain buy-in and velocity, without stepping on each other’s toes.

Roadmapping

I translate ideas into practical plans. That means shaping priorities, sequencing the work, and making sure the path forward reflects key business goals, real operational constraints, and failure criteria — so you know exactly when and how to pivot. (Contrary to popular belief, you probably don’t want everything running on autopilot in a rapidly changing world.)

Vendor Support

When outside teams are involved, I keep things moving. I evaluate options, coordinate parallel work streams and handoffs, clarify expectations, and make sure the work stays aligned with the original goal, even when things change.

Project Leadership

Sometimes you need more than a consult. When you need someone to help carry the work through the execution stage, I provide hands-on support that keeps initiatives organized, moving, and grounded in purposeful outcomes.
